people Cubik applies brainpower, energy and a positive attitude to all of our work. Over the years we've developed an amazingly talented team. Here are a few of our team leaders. Tim E. Valenti, Chief Executive Officer Tim oversees all business activity at the company, including general operations and account and creative services. Greg Lindberg, Chief Technology Officer Greg oversees all technical activity in the company, including the IT department and internal networks, security, hosting and technology. Yelena Zhavoronkova, Art Director and Senior Designer Yelena is the senior designer and art director. She concepts and designs original web sites and print collateral pieces. She also oversees other designers and producers in design implementation. Shawn Palmer, Lead Producer As lead producer Shawn heads up the production department and coordinates implementation with programming. He specializes in template construction and problem solving. He is proficient in all web-technologies including Flash and Director. Miguel Rubio, Director of Technology Miguel has worn many hats in the last 10 years at Cubik Media. He was previously our Senior Developer, Database Administrator, .Net Solutions Architect. He designs and maintains databases, designs architecture for programming projects as well as project manager for the Programming department. He is the resident geek and systems guy. Miguel is also infinitely charming. David Holley, General Manager Dave Holley is the general manager and director of account services at Cubik Media. He joined Cubik in February of 2003 and has held various positions in the company such as production coordinator and eventually production director. As general manager he is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the business as well executing specific requests for the board of directors. David's background combines instructional design, television production, computer science, and project management.
